scattered Thunderstorms were closing in during the evening and the all day job was in a hurry be completed. All work , but cleanup was done. The installation crew sought cover and van(s) , but the cleanup crew was left in the open cleaning up during a heavy thunderstorm. I called the home office to get the cleanup crew picked up and leave the site. This was the correct thing to due during heavy thunderstorms. Job was well done on a five gable house, but the cleanup folks should have been removed from the site.

At first I was extremely upset that the “builder grade” shingles on my 10 yr old home in West Chester were damaged beyond repair causing a leak. I wish the builder used a more quality product. But Matt Parker and his team at Core did an outstanding job from beginning to end. The process went smoothly. Communication before and during installation was handled well.
